Terms of Use for Run with Scripture
Welcome to Run with Scripture.
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Run with Scripture mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By downloading, accessing, or using Run with Scripture, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Services.
1. About Run with Scripture
Run with Scripture is designed to encourage users in their fitness journey and spiritual growth by providing Scripture-based workout experiences, personalized content, and optional subscription features.
Our goal is to help make every workout God’s Word.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Run with Scripture.
If you are under the age required by your jurisdiction, you may only use the Services with the permission of a parent or legal guardian.
3. Accounts
Some features require creating an account.
You agree to:
Provide accurate information.
Keep your login credentials secure.
Notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
Be responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
4. Run with Scripture Pro
Run with Scripture offers an optional subscription called Run with Scripture Pro, which unlocks additional features and content.
Pro features may include:
Premium Scripture voices
Unlimited AI Coach access
Premium workout insights
Additional premium features as they become available
Features included with Pro may change over time as the app evolves.
5. Subscription Billing
Subscriptions are billed through your Apple App Store or Google Play account.
Payment will be charged to your account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Your account will be charged for renewal within the 24 hours preceding the end of the current billing period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings.
6. Free Trial
If a free trial is offered, it automatically converts to a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial period ends.
Only one free trial may be available per eligible account, as determined by the applicable app store.
7. Refunds
All purchases are processed through Apple or Google.
Refund requests must be made through the platform from which the purchase was made.
Run with Scripture cannot issue refunds for purchases processed by Apple or Google.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
Use the Services for unlawful purposes.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
Reverse engineer or modify the application.
Distribute malware or harmful software.
Interfere with the operation or security of the Services.
Use the Services in a way that could harm other users.
9. Intellectual Property
Run with Scripture, including its logos, branding, graphics, software, and original content, is owned by Run with Scripture or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Bible translations included within the app remain the property of their respective copyright holders and are used in accordance with their applicable licenses and permissions.
You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce app content except as permitted by law or with written permission.
10. Health Disclaimer
Run with Scripture provides motivational, educational, and fitness-related content.
The Services are not intended to provide medical advice or replace professional healthcare.
Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before beginning a new exercise program or if you have concerns about your health.
11. AI Features
Some features use artificial intelligence to generate personalized coaching, encouragement, and Scripture recommendations.
AI-generated content is intended for informational and motivational purposes only and should not be considered medical, legal, financial, or professional advice.
12. Availability
We work to keep Run with Scripture available and reliable but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.
We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue features at any time to improve the Services or comply with legal or operational requirements.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Run with Scripture and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Services during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
14. Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Services if you violate these Terms or misuse the platform.
Termination does not affect any payment obligations that arose before termination.
15. Privacy
Your use of Run with Scripture is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
If material changes are made, we will update the Effective Date at the top of this page.
Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
17. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Run with Scripture operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
