RUN WITH SCRIPTURE CREATOR PROGRAM TERMS

Effective Date: August 17, 2026

Welcome to the Run With Scripture Creator Program. These Creator Program Terms (“Terms”) explain the requirements, benefits, and conditions for participating in the Run With Scripture Creator Program (“Program”).

Run With Scripture is operated by Spencer Gurley Productions LLC. For purposes of these Terms, “Run With Scripture,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Spencer Gurley Productions LLC, doing business as Run With Scripture.

By applying to, joining, or participating in the Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.

1. THE CREATOR PROGRAM

The Run With Scripture Creator Program allows approved creators to share Run With Scripture with their audience using a unique creator link, creator code, referral code, or other tracking method provided or approved by Run With Scripture.

Approved creators may earn commissions on eligible Run With Scripture Pro subscriptions attributed to them in accordance with these Terms.

Participation in the Program does not create an employment, partnership, agency, franchise, or joint venture relationship between you and Run With Scripture. Creators participate as independent participants and are responsible for their own activities, expenses, taxes, and obligations associated with participation in the Program.

2. ELIGIBILITY & APPROVAL

Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance into the Program.

Run With Scripture reserves the right to approve or decline applications at its discretion.

Creators must provide accurate and current information when applying to and participating in the Program.

Run With Scripture may pause, suspend, or terminate a creator’s participation when reasonably necessary to administer the Program, enforce these Terms, comply with applicable law, prevent fraud or abuse, or protect Run With Scripture, its brand, users, or community.

3. CREATOR PROGRAM TERM

Unless otherwise agreed to in writing, an approved creator’s initial participation term in the Creator Program is 12 months, beginning on the date Run With Scripture activates the creator’s participation in the Program.

Participation does not automatically guarantee renewal for an additional term. Before or following the end of a creator’s current term, Run With Scripture and the creator may mutually agree to renew participation for an additional term and may agree to updated commission rates or other Program terms.

If a creator’s term expires without renewal, the creator may no longer be eligible to receive new customer attributions.

Expiration of a creator’s Program term does not ordinarily erase or reassign customers who were validly attributed to that creator while the creator was eligible for new attribution. Eligible transactions from previously attributed customers may remain commissionable during those customers’ applicable commission periods, subject to these Terms.

Run With Scripture may provide creators with information regarding their current Program term, expiration, and renewal status.

4. CREATOR LINKS & REFERRAL CODES

Approved creators may receive a unique referral link, creator code, or other attribution method.

These methods are used to identify eligible customers referred by a creator and attribute qualifying Run With Scripture Pro subscriptions to that creator.

Creators may share their creator link or code through social media, websites, email, video descriptions, and other appropriate channels, provided all promotion complies with these Terms, applicable laws, and applicable platform policies.

Unless Run With Scripture expressly states otherwise, creator codes are attribution codes and do not provide customers with a discount, promotional price, or other monetary benefit.

Creators must not advertise or represent a creator code as providing a discount unless Run With Scripture has expressly authorized that promotion.

Creator links and codes may not be used in a misleading, deceptive, fraudulent, unauthorized, or abusive manner.

Creator links and codes are provided for use by the approved creator and may not be sold, transferred, or assigned without prior written approval from Run With Scripture.

5. COMMISSIONS

Unless a different commission rate has been agreed to in writing, the standard Creator Program commission rate is 30% of the eligible subscription transaction price for qualifying Run With Scripture Pro subscriptions attributed to the creator.

For purposes of the Program, commissions are calculated using the eligible transaction price recorded by Run With Scripture’s subscription and payment systems, expressed in U.S. dollars.

Unless otherwise agreed to in writing, the standard commission percentage is applied to the eligible subscription transaction price before deduction of app-store or payment-processing fees. The resulting commission is rounded to the nearest cent.

Creators may earn commission on:

  • an eligible customer’s initial paid Run With Scripture Pro subscription; and

  • eligible paid subscription renewals occurring during that customer’s applicable commission period.

The commission period for each referred customer lasts for that customer’s first 12 months as a paying Run With Scripture Pro subscriber.

The customer’s 12-month commission period begins on the date of that customer’s first eligible paid Run With Scripture Pro subscription transaction.

The customer commission period is separate from the creator’s own 12-month Creator Program term described in Section 3.

Free downloads, free accounts, complimentary subscriptions, free trials that do not convert to an eligible paid subscription, and transactions that cannot be validly attributed to a creator do not generate commission.

Transactions occurring after a referred customer’s applicable 12-month commission period do not generate additional commission for that creator unless Run With Scripture expressly agrees otherwise in writing.

6. ATTRIBUTION

Run With Scripture will use reasonable tracking methods to determine whether an eligible subscription should be attributed to a creator.

Attribution may be based on creator codes, referral links, customer account information, or other tracking technology or records used by Run With Scripture.

Run With Scripture generally uses a first valid attribution model. Once an eligible customer has been validly attributed to a creator, subsequent entry or use of another creator’s code or referral method will not ordinarily replace the original creator attribution.

If a customer interacts with multiple creators, links, codes, or referral methods, Run With Scripture’s records and attribution systems will determine which creator receives attribution.

Because mobile applications, app stores, browsers, privacy settings, third-party platforms, customer behavior, and technical limitations can affect attribution, Run With Scripture cannot guarantee that every referral, download, or purchase will be successfully tracked.

Creators should encourage their audience to use their unique creator link and/or creator code when joining Run With Scripture.

Run With Scripture may review and correct attribution when reasonably necessary to address technical errors, duplicate records, fraud, abuse, or other demonstrable tracking problems.

7. PAYMENTS

Creator commissions are generally processed on a monthly basis.

The standard minimum payout threshold is $50 USD in approved, unpaid commissions.

If a creator’s approved, unpaid commission balance is below $50 at the time payouts are processed, the balance will roll forward to a future payout period until the minimum payout threshold is reached.

Reaching the $50 minimum payout threshold does not make otherwise ineligible, pending, refunded, reversed, fraudulent, disputed, or unapproved commissions payable.

Run With Scripture may allow reasonable time before approving or paying commissions to account for refunds, reversals, chargebacks, fraud review, payment processing, or other transaction adjustments.

Payment schedules may vary due to weekends, holidays, payment-provider processing times, verification requirements, or circumstances outside Run With Scripture’s reasonable control.

Before receiving a first payout, creators may be required to provide accurate payment information and any tax forms, identification, or other documentation reasonably required to process payment. Run With Scripture will provide instructions for securely submitting any required payout information.

Creators are responsible for taxes, reporting requirements, fees, or other obligations associated with commissions they receive, except where Run With Scripture is legally required to withhold, collect, report, or remit an amount.

Run With Scripture may withhold, reverse, or adjust commissions associated with refunds, chargebacks, fraudulent activity, tracking errors, violations of these Terms, or transactions that otherwise do not qualify under the Program.

8. REFUNDS, REVERSALS & COMMISSION ADJUSTMENTS

If an eligible transaction is refunded, revoked, reversed, charged back, determined to be fraudulent, or otherwise becomes ineligible, the related creator commission may also be reversed.

If the related commission has not yet been paid, the amount may be removed from the creator’s eligible, approved, or payable commission balance, as applicable.

If the related commission has already been paid, Run With Scripture may carry the reversed amount forward as an adjustment and deduct it from future creator commissions or payouts.

Run With Scripture will not intentionally erase historical transaction records solely because a transaction is later refunded or reversed.

If a previously refunded or reversed transaction is subsequently reinstated, Run With Scripture may restore the corresponding commission eligibility when its records reasonably establish that the transaction again qualifies.

9. FREE PRO ACCESS

Run With Scripture may provide approved creators with complimentary access to Run With Scripture Pro.

Complimentary Pro access is intended to allow creators to experience and authentically share Run With Scripture and has no cash value.

Run With Scripture may modify or discontinue complimentary access if a creator leaves, is paused, is suspended, has an expired Program term, or is removed from the Program.

Complimentary Pro access does not itself create a right to commissions or continued participation in the Program.

10. CREATOR DISCLOSURE REQUIREMENTS

Creators must clearly and conspicuously disclose their relationship with Run With Scripture whenever required by applicable law or platform policy.

This may include disclosures such as “affiliate,” “ad,” “sponsored,” “I earn a commission,” or another clear statement explaining that the creator may receive compensation if someone purchases through their link or code.

Disclosures should be easy to notice, easy to understand, and appropriately placed with the promotional content.

Creators are responsible for complying with applicable advertising, endorsement, sponsorship, and disclosure requirements, including applicable Federal Trade Commission guidance in the United States and any additional requirements applicable in the creator’s location or on the platform being used.

Run With Scripture may provide disclosure examples or creator guidelines, but creators remain responsible for ensuring their individual content complies with applicable requirements.

11. BRAND & CONTENT GUIDELINES

Run With Scripture encourages creators to share their genuine experience with the app.

Creators may discuss their personal experience with Run With Scripture, demonstrate the app, share workouts, discuss features, and use Run With Scripture materials specifically provided or approved for creator use.

Creators may not:

  • Make false, deceptive, or misleading statements about Run With Scripture.

  • Make guarantees about physical, spiritual, financial, medical, health, or other outcomes.

  • Misrepresent themselves as an employee, agent, spokesperson, or official representative of Run With Scripture.

  • Alter or use Run With Scripture branding in a manner that is misleading, deceptive, or reasonably harmful to the brand.

  • Engage in spam, impersonation, deceptive advertising, unsolicited mass promotion, or other misleading promotional practices.

  • Promote Run With Scripture alongside unlawful, hateful, sexually explicit, fraudulent, or otherwise seriously inappropriate content.

  • Purchase search advertising, social advertising, domains, keywords, or other promotional placements using Run With Scripture trademarks, brand names, or confusingly similar terms without prior written permission.

  • Create websites, applications, social accounts, domains, usernames, or other properties that falsely appear to be owned, operated, sponsored, or officially endorsed by Run With Scripture.

  • Make unauthorized claims about Run With Scripture pricing, promotions, features, availability, discounts, or future products.

Creators retain ownership of original content they create unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of Run With Scripture’s trademarks, logos, application, software, designs, content, or other intellectual property to a creator.

12. SELF-REFERRALS, FRAUD & PROGRAM ABUSE

The Creator Program is intended to reward creators for introducing genuine customers to Run With Scripture.

Creators may not artificially generate referrals, subscriptions, or commissions through fraudulent transactions, fake accounts, unauthorized self-referrals, misleading incentives, automated activity, collusion, manipulation of tracking systems, or other attempts to abuse the Program.

Run With Scripture may investigate suspicious activity and may withhold, reverse, or cancel commissions reasonably associated with fraudulent, abusive, or ineligible activity.

Run With Scripture may suspend or terminate creators involved in intentional fraud or material abuse of the Program.

13. PAUSED CREATORS

Run With Scripture may place a creator’s account into a paused status.

While paused, a creator may be prevented from receiving new customer attributions.

Pausing a creator does not ordinarily remove or reassign customers who were validly attributed to that creator before the pause.

Unless otherwise communicated by Run With Scripture or required due to fraud, abuse, termination, or another violation of these Terms, eligible transactions from previously attributed customers may continue to generate commissions during those customers’ existing 12-month commission periods.

A paused creator does not have a guaranteed right to receive new referrals or attributions while the account remains paused.

14. PROGRAM CHANGES

Run With Scripture may modify the Program from time to time, including commission rates, attribution methods, eligibility requirements, payout procedures, benefits, tracking systems, or these Terms.

When practical, material changes affecting existing creators will be communicated before they take effect.

Changes to commission rates or other material economic terms will generally apply prospectively and will not reduce commissions already earned on qualifying transactions before the effective date of the change.

Run With Scripture may make changes without advance notice when reasonably necessary to address fraud, abuse, security concerns, legal requirements, technical errors, or circumstances outside its reasonable control.

Continued participation in the Program after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. TERMINATION

Creators may stop participating in the Program at any time by contacting Run With Scripture.

Run With Scripture may suspend or terminate a creator’s participation for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, misuse of the Run With Scripture brand, material misrepresentation, conduct that could reasonably harm Run With Scripture or its community, prolonged inactivity, legal or regulatory requirements, or other legitimate business reasons.

Any valid commission earned before termination remains subject to these Terms, including applicable refund, fraud, verification, adjustment, and payout requirements.

Termination may end eligibility for commissions on transactions occurring after the effective date of termination, including future subscription renewals, unless Run With Scripture expressly determines otherwise or another written agreement applies.

Termination for fraud, abuse, or material violation may result in forfeiture of unpaid commissions associated with the prohibited or fraudulent activity to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Termination does not transfer attributed customers to another creator or create a right to future commissions.

16. NO GUARANTEE OF EARNINGS

Participation in the Creator Program does not guarantee any particular number of referrals, downloads, subscriptions, conversions, revenue, or commissions.

Creator earnings depend on actual qualifying transactions successfully attributed to the creator under the Program.

Run With Scripture makes no representation or guarantee regarding how much any creator will earn through participation in the Program.

17. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Run With Scripture will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to participation in the Program, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or lost business opportunities.

Run With Scripture is not responsible for attribution or tracking failures caused by app stores, browsers, social platforms, privacy settings, third-party services, network failures, customer actions, or other circumstances outside Run With Scripture’s reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

18. PRIVACY

Information submitted through or generated in connection with the Creator Program may be used to:

  • review and administer creator applications;

  • communicate with creators;

  • operate creator accounts;

  • track referrals and eligible transactions;

  • calculate, verify, and process commissions;

  • administer payouts;

  • prevent fraud and abuse;

  • satisfy tax, accounting, or legal requirements; and

  • administer and improve the Program.

Personal information will be handled in accordance with Run With Scripture’s applicable privacy practices and legal obligations.

Creators should not collect or attempt to access personal information about referred Run With Scripture users through the Program unless expressly authorized by Run With Scripture and permitted by applicable law.

19. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTES

These Terms and participation in the Creator Program are subject to applicable law.

Any governing-law, venue, jurisdiction, arbitration, or other dispute-resolution requirements applicable to the Program may also be established in other applicable Run With Scripture legal terms or in a separate written agreement between Run With Scripture and the creator.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived or restricted.

20. CONTACT
