Delete Your Account

If you no longer wish to use Run with Scripture, you may request that your account and associated personal information be deleted.

We believe you should always have control over your data, and we’re committed to making this process straightforward.

How to Delete Your Account

Option 1 (Recommended)

If available in your version of the app:

  1. Open Run with Scripture.

  2. Go to Profile.

  3. Open Settings.

  4. Select Delete Account.

  5. Follow the prompts to permanently delete your account.

If you are unable to access your account or need assistance, please email us at:

Please include the email address associated with your account so we can process your request.

What Happens When You Delete Your Account

When your account is deleted:

  • Your account profile will be permanently removed.

  • Your workout history and saved preferences will be deleted.

  • Your saved collections and favorites will be removed.

  • Access to your Run with Scripture account will end.

Please note that deleting your account cannot be undone.

Subscription Information

Deleting your Run with Scripture account does not automatically cancel your subscription.

If you have an active Run with Scripture Pro subscription, you must cancel it separately through:

  • Apple App Store subscriptions

  • Google Play subscriptions

If you do not cancel your subscription through your app store account, your subscription may continue to renew according to the terms of your subscription.

Processing Time

We aim to process verified deletion requests within 7 business days.

Some information may be retained when required by applicable law or for legitimate business purposes, such as resolving disputes, preventing fraud, enforcing our agreements, or complying with legal obligations.
